Really impressed with how the groomers handled my puppy's first haircut. He usually won't let me near him with a brush or nail clippers, but they were super patient and gentle. He looked great afterward and wasn't stressed at all. Will definitely be coming back.

Just moved here from Illinois and was looking for a groomer when we found Coat & Collar. Gretchen groomed our 3 Maltipoos and we seriously loved her. She was super sweet with them, really gentle, and they looked adorable after. One of our dogs has high anxiety and is kind of a screamer, and she was so patient and kind with him. Love this grooming service. On time, super nice! Definitely loves all dogs! They washed my Rottweiler (which is no easy task) and he came back super fresh, clean, and super happy. I recently had the pleasure of using Coat & Collar Mobile Grooming's mobile dog grooming service, and I have to say, it was nothing short of extraordinary! From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and very professional.

First, let’s talk about convenience. The mobile grooming unit rolled up right up to my home, fully equipped and ready to pamper my pups. No more stressful car rides or long waits in a grooming shop—this service comes to you, making it perfect for busy pet parents!

The groomers, Gretchen & Dane, were incredibly professional, warm, and obviously passionate about dogs. They took the time to get to know my golden retrievers (all three of them!) completely putting all of us at ease. Gretchen & Dane patiently explained the grooming process and even offered helpful tips on how to maintain my dog's coats in between sessions. They even gave very helpful tips on diet and exercise.

Now, let’s talk about the grooming! All 3 of my goldens came back looking absolutely stunning! The bath was thorough, the trim & de-shed was perfect, they paid attention to all the basic grooming details such as nails, ears, glands, etc and they all smelled heavenly! It was clear that Coat & Collar used high-quality products, and I appreciated that they took the time to consider each of my dog's specific needs. Their coats were so soft, silky, and shiny.

One of the highlights was the attention to detail. Gretchen & Dane didn’t just focus on the basics, but they even dolled them up with nose & paw butter, and pretty, red bows in the girls' ears! They definitely went above and beyond! Afterward, my dogs all seemed to be in pure bliss, and I couldn’t help but smile knowing they enjoyed the pampering.

The customer service experience was top-notch as well. From the ease of scheduling, to very timely communications and follow-up appt. reminders, everything was well organized and efficient. Pricing was very reasonable for the top level of service and care provided, and knowing my dogs were comfortable during the process was well worth it!

I cannot recommend Coat & Collar Mobile Grooming enough! If you’re looking for a stress-free, high-quality grooming experience for your furry friend, look no further. Turns out, they're a new business! We called and scheduled a groom for our pup, Fred. They use organic, all-natural products and they use SOFT WATER to reduce irritation on the coat... like, I'm really feeling that elevation here!

Gretchen was the groomer and was professional, caring, and gentle with Fred. When we got Fred back, he was like a new puppy - so happy and polished!

Will definitely call back to schedule another appointment. Love that they serve the OC area and hope more people discover them soon!

It's super convenient and they did an incredible job making our dog feel safe and absolutely cared for. We got so many compliments on how cute he was afterwards. And, he was happy when he was done which is always a good sign.
