That professional background didn't disappear when I made the leap. It shaped how I think about quality, accountability, and what it really takes to build a team you can trust.

Not just skilled hands, but people who treat every dog and cat with patience, warmth, and real expertise. Every team member is chosen with the same care I'd want applied to my own animals because I know firsthand how much your pet means to you, and that trust is something I take seriously.

Hi, I’m Rienna! I’ve been grooming for years, and my favorite part of the job is making dogs feel comfortable, cared for, and looking their best. Before grooming, I was a kennel tech caring for dogs, and yes, even horses!

 

I’m a Certified Dog Groomer with experience in both mobile and salon settings, and I always put safety, comfort, and happiness first.

I started my career as an apprentice, earning my certification in mobile dog grooming, I learned how to master breed-specific cuts, coat maintenance, nail care, and all the little details that make a dog feel pampered. I also loved getting to know clients and their pups right at their doorsteps.

My goal is simple: every grooming session should be safe, stress-free, and perfectly suited to each dog.

Meet, Siara Samoff! With over four years of professional grooming experience, Siara brings a strong combination of technical skill, leadership, and compassionate pet care to the Coat & Collar team.

 

Her background includes both salon management and hands-on grooming, with expertise in breed-standard cuts, hand-scissoring, customer service, and creating a positive experience for pets and their owners.

 

She is passionate about helping every dog look and feel their best while delivering the exceptional care and attention that Coat & Collar is known for.

Meet Gianna "G" Robinson! An elite master dog and cat groomer.  As a Certified Feline Master Groomer (CFMG) with 8 years of dog grooming experience, she embraces her passion for elite grooming! With a refined eye for skin and coat health and a commitment to education and preventative care, Gianna seamlessly blends technical mastery with white-glove customer service—setting the standard for premium pet grooming.

 

Gianna brings over five years of experience across luxury mobile grooming, high-volume salons, and veterinary-supported grooming environments. Renowned for her polished technique, calm handling, and exceptional attention to detail, she delivers a truly elevated grooming experience for every pet in her care.

 

Her background includes advanced specialty services such as fully sedated grooms for high-stress and special-needs pets, as well as concierge-level communication with pet parents, ensuring complete transparency and trust.

Meet, Avery Sayler! Avery brings over seven years of animal care experience to the Coat & Collar family and her journey is a little different than most. She started her career as a veterniary technician, which means she doesn't just know grooming, she understands animals from the inside out! That background gives her a unique edge when it comes to recognizing what makes a dog feel safe, calm, and comfortable in the grooming van.

 

These days, Avery channels that expertise into every groom, treating each dog or cat like her own. Her approach is gentle, patient, and always guided by the animal's comfort first.
